This is Mark Warner with here with another home repair.  Today I’m going to show you how to repair a glove that has been torn while we’ve been out doing yard work.  If you don’t have another glove or don’t have time to run to Home Depot or Lowe’s you’ve got the opportunity with your handy duct tape to fix your glove.

In this case, you can see where the glove has torn, we’re going to take a nice piece of duct tape about this long, tear it off, and then you can tape the duct tape inside first, get it over the hole, and then get it nice and tight in there like so.  Then you bring the other piece up and around over the top so it sticks to the other piece there in the glove.  If you need a little more like in this particular case to get the thumb, you can come in at an angle like so and get the thumb taken care of so you don’t get dirt inside the glove.  This is like waterproofing your glove.  Like so, should have used a little longer piece that time and then you have a glove that is ready to rock and roll.

This is Mark Warner with with another in the series of duct tape repairs.
